This Privacy Policy describes how Ngaspy LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating as Forgekind, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform, website (forgekind.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information.

Platform data: When you connect your project management platform (such as JobTread, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct), we access job data, budgets, proposals, schedules, cost catalogs, and related project information through their APIs. This data is used solely to provide the Service.

Meeting recordings: If you use meeting capture integrations (such as Fireflies or Granola), we process meeting transcripts to extract scope information for budget generation. We do not store raw audio recordings.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including feature usage, session duration, and interaction patterns, to improve the Service.

Booking information: When you book a demo or consultation, we collect the information you provide in the booking form, including company details and operational metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate AI-powered budgets, proposals, schedules, and other outputs using your data
• Learn from your PM corrections to improve accuracy for your future jobs (the "learning loop")
• Send you service-related communications (confirmations, alerts, updates)
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Provide customer support
• Generate anonymized industry benchmarks (no identifiable information is shared)

3. We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell your data. Period. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train models for other clients or competitors. Your pricing, catalogs, job data, client information, and AI learning patterns are never shared with or visible to any other Forgekind client.

4. Tenant Isolation

Each client's data is stored in a separate tenant boundary. Your data is never shared with, visible to, or accessible by any other Forgekind client. Tenant isolation is a core architectural principle of the Service.

5. Anonymized Benchmarks

We may generate anonymized, aggregated industry benchmarks (such as average cost per square foot ranges or typical phase durations) from data across all tenants. These benchmarks contain zero identifiable information -- no company names, pricing, client names, addresses, or project details.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting (Railway), AI processing (Anthropic), and payment processing. These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage for data at rest
• Read-only API access by default
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits and monitoring
• SOC 2 aligned infrastructure

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses the following analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): To understand how visitors interact with our website, including page views, session duration, and traffic sources. GA4 data is used solely for website improvement.
• Meta Pixel: To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. This pixel tracks page views and conversion events (such as demo bookings).

We do not use cookies for purposes beyond analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Upon account cancellation, we will:

• Provide an export of Forgekind-specific data upon request
• Delete your Forgekind account data within 90 days of cancellation
• Your data in your project management platform is not affected -- we never move or copy your source data

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export: Request an export of your Forgekind data in a standard format
• Opt-out: Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

11. Financial Data

Forgekind does not connect to, access, or store your bank account information, credit card details (beyond what is needed for subscription billing through our payment processor), QuickBooks data, or any financial institution accounts. Our AI agents track job costing and margins based solely on data already in your project management platform.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
